- Google AdSense is the only way users earn money at WebAnswers.
Google AdSense is Google’s advertising program allowing any website owner to display contextual related advertisements and earn revenue from all clicks and/or impressions generated from the visitors of the site. Typically, it has been difficult for individuals without websites to participate in the Google AdSense program because an operational site or blog is required to create an account. However, WebAnswers has partnered directly with Google allowing you to create an Google AdSense account without the website requirement. We will display your Google AdSense advertisements on content pages where you have earned the Awarded Answer allowing you to make money for your contributions.
Yes, you can participate in the Google AdSense program through WebAnswers. You need to create an account with WebAnswers and apply for a Google AdSense account though our site. If you already have a Google AdSense account, you may link up an existing account. To get started, visit the “My Account” section after you have logged into WebAnswers.
No, you do not need a website to join the Google AdSense program. Apply for an account through WebAnswers, and you will not be prompted to enter in a website.
Anyone can apply for an Google AdSense account from Google. Once you have been accepted and approved, we will display advertisements on your behalf on all pages where you received the Awarded Answer.
We have partnered directly with Google allowing you to create a Google AdSense account and earn revenue opportunities on certain sections of the WebAnswers website. We will display your Google AdSense advertisements on content pages where you have earned the Awarded Answer and you will earn 60% of the revenue from advertisements on that page.
The short answer... it all depends. WebAnswers is NOT a get rich scheme! If anything, earning money on WebAnswers takes a lot of time and dedication. Most or our users are not “in it” for the money and simply enjoy helping others find solutions to their questions.
You will make 60% revenue on all pages where you have receive the Awarded Answer and WebAnswers will earn 40%. Keep in mind we display Google AdSense advertisements on other pages on our site, and you do not earn any portion of those revenues at this time.
You only make 60% of the revenue on all pages where you were earned the Awarded Answer. You do not earn 60% revenue on other pages on our site yet.
You will be able to track all of your earnings and click details directly from the Google AdSense program. We do not store or track this information. The clicks on advertisements and impressions are tracked directly by Google and your payment is made directly to you from Google. You will earn 60% of all of the revenues on all content pages where you have earned the Awarded Answer for a period of one year from the time of your posted answer.
You will earn revenue for one full year from the date the question was awarded to your account. If your account is terminated or closed for any reason, you automatically forfeit all current and future advertising rights.
WebAnswers keeps 40% of the revenue to cover costs of development and hosting of the site. We feel that the users who actively participate providing great answers should be rewarded for their efforts, thus you will have the opportunity to earn 60% of the revenue on questions where you have received the Awarded Answer.
You will be paid by Google approximately 30-days following the end of the month. If you wish to learn more about Google’s Payment Policies, please refer to the Google AdSense Program Policies which can be found here.
Absolutely do not click on your own ads. This is immediate grounds for termination from both Google AdSense and WebAnswers. If you click on your own ads, we will report violations to Google and your account will be immediately terminated. We have a non-tolerance policy for this type of behavior and failure to comply with this policy may lead to your account being disabled. For more information, please visit the Google AdSense Help Center entry on this topic here.
You may invite your friends to join and participate in the WebAnswers community, but you may not instruct or encourage any of your friends to click on advertisements which will result in increased earnings for your account. All clicks on Google AdSense advertisements must result from genuine user interest. Please refer to the Google AdSense Program Policies for more information.
Once you have been terminated, you can not re-apply to WebAnswers or Google AdSense.
The more Awarded Answers you have, the more likely you will make more money. We suggest participating in as many Question & Answer threads as possible and the more value you provide to the overall system; the more likely you will earn additional revenue.
You will earn advertising revenue opportunities on all pages where the answer has been awarded to your account for a period of one full year from the date the question was awarded. After that full year, you do not earn advertising revenues on those older pages.
The more value you provide and bring to the system, the more likely you will earn additional revenue. Those users who constantly add value and contribute to a positive user experience will be rewarded for their efforts. We suggest only participating in threads that are of interest to you - where you have a genuine interest in the topic at hand (i.e. do not participate in tax related questions if you do not know anything about taxes). We suggest only engaging in Questions where you will add value to the discussion.
Any user who relies on deceptive tactics or other methods to obtain additional clicks on advertisements is in clear violation to our Terms and Conditions. We strongly recommend not clicking on any advertisements for which you will earn revenue and do not encourage any other individuals to do so.
First, create an account with WebAnswers. Once you have been verified and approved, you must earn at least 10 Awarded Answers before you can apply to the Google AdSense program. This restriction is in place to ensure all users are committed to WebAnswers and want to help others find solutions to their questions.
After you have completed the Google AdSense registration process, you will receive an email from Google. You must complete the steps mentioned in the email and verify your application. WebAnswers will review your application once it has been approved by Google. If your application is approved by both Google and WebAnswers, you will automatically earn revenue on all answers that have been awarded to you.
You can view your earnings by logging into the Google AdSense program and generating reports regarding your Google AdSense revenue.
